Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
Emma Peers is a Queenstown based contemporary painter. She studied at the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland exhibiting in Glasgow and Edinburgh before moving to New Zealand in 2006.
A fascination for textural landscapes has sparked some more expressive pieces that compliment her portraiture work.
