Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
Formed in May 2022 by Lyn Milne and Rakuto Kurano, The Magic Carpet Music Trust is a charitable trust bringing classical music to all corners of New Zealand by creating pathways for young people, intergenerational involvement, and inclusion of all people.
We aim to promote music throughout rural communities in New Zealand's South Island, while providing young musicians and composers with performance experience and career development opportunities.
