Three Lakes Cultural Trust

Established as a Charitable Trust in 2019, the Three Lakes Cultural Trust (TLCT) is a regional arts association that exists to encourage and uplift arts, culture and creativity within our community in Queenstown, Wānaka and surrounds.

In early 2020, we commissioned the district's first independent Cultural Masterplan, giving voice to our community and reinforcing the importance of arts, culture and creativity within our district.

As a result of the priorities outlined in the Cultural Masterplan, TLCT has focused on building up strong foundations in the infrastructure, capabilities, and capacity sectors so that arts and creativity can continue to grow and thrive.

Over the past three years, TLCT has delivered some exciting projects that include Te Atamira, Tāhuna Queenstown’s first fit-for-purpose arts and culture space, RenewArt, Arts in Schools, and Te Wāhi Toi.

In all our mahi and in everything we do, our values guide us to be innovative, inclusive, respectful, collaborative and visionary.

Our goal is to ensure arts and culture matter.
