Te Wāhi Toi/The Arts Place exists to connect the creative community of Queenstown and Wānaka with audiences, students, teachers, spaces and each other. We are a not-for-profit organisation powered by Three Lakes Cultural Trust and inspired by local arts and culture.
Bannockburn Arts 2026 Literary Event is literally an adventure. With books published in 2025 and 2026, we are excited to be joined by Naomi Arnold 'Northbound' sharing her journey as a solo hiker on the Te Araroa trail. Hannah Bulloch 'Overland to the Island' is the story of her family's 1960's journey overland to the Isle of Skye and Andrew Penniket 'Whales, Snails and Lobster Tales' film maker, adventurer and novelist.
Join us in celebrating these New Zealand authors on Saturday 17 October, Bannockburn Bowling Club, 1 Domain Rd, Bannockburn at 9am and be inspired by their story telling. Running concurrently with
Bannockburn Arts Exhibition at the Bannockburn Hall weekend 17/18 October.
