Mission Possible is a practical, interactive workshop from huddl, helping boards build a strategy that actually gets used, not just talked about. It's facilitated by Dr Jo Cribb, an experienced board director, consultant and facilitator across the for-purpose sector.
You'll learn what good strategy looks like, how to build one your whole board can genuinely get behind, and how to make sure it gets delivered, not just filed away and forgotten.
Come ready to workshop your own board's thinking, and leave with practical tools to turn your next strategy into one that sticks.
