Elephants & Coconuts - Stories That Sing by Eby Sebastian: Tiny Room Concert

Born in “Kerala” known as “Gods own Country” in the southern coast of India, Eby Sebastian spent 13 years in the centre of cultures and colours still alien to rest of India, and the world. Amidts adapting to the Kiwi culture and a new palette of sounds, Eby never ceased to forget his love for traditional Indian rhythms and raagas, which served as a bridge to his home.

Now, a 27 year old reconnecting with his roots, and in search of himself, Music has become his only compass. Relearning the stories and philosophies of his favourite tunes, Eby has unlocked a treasure of purpose.

“Elephants and Coconuts” is about Unity, a journey to remember the sounds that echoes and the rhythms that beat in all of us. Each song carrys the wisdom of wonder and joy, love and compassion, reminding us that we are the vibrations in this fabric of life. Like elephants, strong and steady and coconuts, simple yet nourishing, beauty can be found in both power and simplicity.
